We get together and...

• Dig through everything that happened in the previous quarter
  • WINS!
  • What worked
  • What didn't
  • What needs to change
• Define your goals (financial and everything else) for the upcoming quarter
• Breakdown exactly what needs to happen to reach those goals
• Check in on your long-term planning goals (1yr, 3yr, etc).

You will have homework to prepare before you show up! Especially if you are doing this for the very first time. Watch your email for info.

Please Note: These are best when done quarterly over time. The first few will feel clunky and awkward, but usually, by the time we get to the third time around, things start feeling pretty good :P
